     Ask your family not to buy things made of wood that comes from the rain forest such as mahogany, teak, rosewood and zebrawood.

     Ask your family to avoid buying and eating hamburgers.   90% of the rain forests being chopped down are destroyed to provide ranchers with cheap grazing land for their cattle.  For every hamburger, 55 square feet of forest must be chopped down.
